Sacrilege Motors Returns to The Bridge, Debuting Revolutionary Enigma Coupe
LAKEVILLE, CT (September 5, 2024)  — Sacrilege Motors, a bespoke performance, restoration, and electric-conversion studio, is proud to be invited back to The Bridge to participate in their invitation-only annual exhibition of classic and racing automobiles. Hosted on the beautiful private golf club that sits on the hallowed grounds of the original Bridgehampton Race Circuit, The Bridge has become one of the hottest tickets on the collector and enthusiast car calendar.

After bursting onto the scene in 2023, Sacrilege Motors co-founders Phil Wagenheim and Bobby Singh continue to capture the attention and excitement of enthusiasts and journalists alike. Following last year’s debut of the Blackbird Roadster, they are now introducing the incredible Enigma coupe. Enigma, a widebody, sunroof-delete coupe, is finished in a stunning Arabian Grey. With Enigma, Sacrilege Motors expands their offerings to give buyers a choice between an open-top or closed-roof classic. Automotive enthusiasts can now create their dream build through the new Sacrilege Motors Virtual Showroom. Created by Brigade, the same team who developed custom online configurators for Singer Vehicles and Bollinger Motors, the Sacrilege Motors Virtual Showroom gives consumers complete control over their bespoke vehicle design. The Virtual Showroom is available at SacrilegeMotors.com.

Sacrilege Motors has reimagined the legendary air-cooled sports car to create an entirely new driving experience. The handling and steering feel are familiar, yet the acceleration and performance elevate the icon to something completely different. A state-of-the-art Fellten drivetrain is wrapped in a completely restored factory steel wide body, either coupe or roadster, and finished in any color desired, topped with six layers of clearcoat and fully wrapped in Xpel paint protection film.

Inside, a bespoke interior is uniquely crafted to each owner’s specific tastes and requirements. The driver is surrounded by the world’s finest Italian hand-stitched leather, while vintage round gauges house essential information to maximize the electric drivetrain’s performance. The interior feels vintage, with discrete modern touches such as a center-mounted MagSafe charger and a high-powered Bluetooth audio system fully integrated. 500 horsepower and 500 newton-meters of torque (with a weight and distribution almost identical to the original ICE-powered vehicle) deliver near supercar performance. This lightweight package was optimized for drivers, with custom-developed three-way adjustable Penske Racing shocks and Brembo six-piston brakes to deliver a nimbleness and driving feel that no other EV can match.

About Sacrilege Motors

Sacrilege Motors was founded in 2020 by finance entrepreneur and corporate CEO Phil Wagenheim and Porsche expert driver and tuner Bobby Singh, who brings three decades of experience restoring, building and tuning elite Porsches, including the 959, Carrera GT, 918 Spyder, and Porsche Cup cars. Wagenheim and Singh, who are both passionate owners and drivers of air-cooled Porsche 911s, caught the Porsche bug early, enchanted by the analog feel and precise handling of those cars. Their mission is to create the most captivating EV-conversion Porsche 911s available. Some might call such conversion work heresy, but others welcome the act of retaining the classic Porsche 911’s uniquely enjoyable driving dynamics, while reducing its need for maintenance and environmental impact. Sacrilege Motors delivers a Porsche 911 with all of the instant power of an EV, and the familiarity of the Porsche 911 driving experience. Sacrilege Motors restores 1974-1994 Porsche 911s to concours-level quality, focusing on Porsche driving dynamics, breathtaking performance, exquisite interior design, and the most reliable conversion to all-electric power.
